Salon Policies

As we are a small Business operated by freelance hairstylists which means we are all self employed. Please be mindful that when booking appointments with us you are reserving our time & allocated slots in advance.

 

 If you do not show up, cancel or reschedule we can not always fill the space you have reserved. This can impact our business greatly, Please please be mindful of this.

 For this reason, we kindly ask that if you cannot accept our policies please refrain from booking appointments with us. If you would like to make an appointment please make sure  that you read and AGREE to our policies beforehand.

  •  

    Deposits-

    When Booking appointments we take a NON refundable deposit. This is a percentage of the booking price, this is to secure a genuine booking, our time and secure you a space that we hold for you.

  •  The deposit will be taken off your final bill at checkout. Failure to turn up for your appointment or cancelling of the appointment regardless of notice given you will lose your deposit. They are NOT refundable.

  • Rescheduling the appointment out of the 48 hour time period will also mean you lose your deposit. 

  •  

    Rescheduling-

    We understand sometimes appointments do need to be rescheduled, we will honour 1 rescheduled appointment for the same booking if you give us at least 48 hours notice and we will allocate your deposit to the new appointment.

  • If you  request a reschedule after 48 hours notice of your appointment you will be required to pay a new deposit to secure that spot and your booking will be cancelled.

  •  If multiple reschedules are made for the same appointment your deposit will be taken and full price of the service will be required at your appointment.

    Cancellations-

      We are happy to cancel an appointment for you and you will not be charged an extra cancellation fee.

  • However Cancelled Bookings will lose the deposit paid, regardless of notice given. Deposits are NOT refundable. 

     

  • If you continue to cancel appointments made multiple times consecutively, we reserve the right to block you from booking any further appointments online with us. A deposit will be required upfront when making a new booking in person or over the phone. We reserve the right to refuse an appointment if we think a fake appointment is being booked

    Late Policy-

    ​

    We aim to keep our appointments to schedule for you as your time is precious. Please be mindful of this when turning up for your appointment, if you are going to be more than 15 mins late for your appointment please call or text to let us know as some services may have to be altered to accomodate the time frames.

    In salon Policy

    - We endeavour to respect you, we ask that you respect us too, hate speech and rude/ abusive behaviour will not be tolerated in salon. We reserve the right to cancel your appointment and any future bookings if this is the case. We also reserve the right to refuse service/ appointment bookings if we do not feel we will be a good fit for the service you require. If you are unhappy with any service provided to you in salon we ask that you directly contact that individual stylist as soon as possible so that they can rectify for you.
